Reversal
There was once a man,
Who walked into a room
And tripped and fell
And hurt his head.
A lady helped him up,
And so they met.
There was once a date,
Of the two people,
With love in their eyes,
And beats for a chest.
They kissed in the shimmering twilight,
And they closed their eyes.
There was once a marriage,
Of the love birds,
With hearts intertwined,
And souls beating loudly.
They both said, "Yes,"
And kissed once more.
There was once an argument,
Of the man making a mistake,
And of the woman with double lovers,
And an unexpected newborn.
The man threw a fist,
And regretted his second mistake.
There was once a waterfall of tears
Coming from the man
As the woman finally flew away
Into her own, free passoin
And the man wished for nothing more
But a reversal.
There was once a man,
Who walked into a room
And tripped and fell
And hurt his head.
A woman helped him up,
And he continued on his way.

Oh boo hoo~
Sometimes I wish we could all just reverse time, right? How, even though it's important to move on from your past, sometimes the past is just . . .
The happiness moments of them all.
Where, as you fall into remembrance, everything seems sweeter. Good memories become great, and great memories become wanted.
The poem came off on a huge wrong turn and now is read as a cheesy, a man broke up with this woman and wants to return to the past.
Not what I was hoping for, but it still holds the key theme of going back into the past and reliving it all.
